Polymerization unit: mainly composed of reaction kettle, stirring device, heating temperature control device. The raw materials filtered in the previous unit need to be fully heated and stirred in this unit to complete the polymerization, so that the raw materials meet the requirements of spinning raw materials. 3. Spinning unit: mainly composed of spinning kettle, heating temperature control device and receiving device. The raw materials required for composite spinning, which have been filtered and polymerized by the first two units, are put into the spinning machine, and after heating and melting, the fine fiber is extruded by the spinneret and collected by the wire receiving device.
