How to improve the quality of DTY?


 Debugging of key parts of the feeder After the loading machine is arranged and put into production, the production management personnel must further check and prepare the mode of the machine. Then fill the process conditions according to the provided POY and raw product specifications, until the whole machine is stable, and continue to produce qualified products. The reasons for the defects, uneven dyeing and other unqualified yarn are closely related to the quality of raw material POY and processing conditions, but also to the intact state of the equipment. For this reason, after the equipment installation and empty car test run, it is necessary to adjust the false twist deformation mechanism, heater or wire guide and other parts one by one. During normal production, these parts should be inspected at any time, adjusted or improved, which is usually called ingot position management. 

 1 Adjustment of friction false twist deformation mechanism The speed of the friction disk must be measured regularly with a flash veloometer. If an anomaly is found, check for the following reasons. 

 1 Position and inclination of the transmission belt If the drive belt is improperly positioned and pressed on the belt disk side, the drive belt edge will be worn, not only shortening the life of the belt and belt disk but also causing uneven spindle speed. If the surface of the drive belt tilts, the drive wheel of the friction ingot group will slip, causing its speed to decrease.

 2 Drive the tension of the dragon belt If the tension of the drive belt is low, the speed of the friction ingot group will decrease, resulting in uneven crimping and abnormal dyeing of the deformed wire. However, if the tension is too large, it will accelerate the wear of the transmission belt and transmission components. Therefore, the transmission belt should maintain appropriate tension. Usually, the tension of the tension wheel is based on 1m on both sides of the transmission belt, and the extension is about 1.8%. In continuous operation, the transmission belt will be stretched, so it is necessary to check regularly and find that the transmission belt is loose and the tension must be adjusted. 

 3 Check whether the transmission belt has scars The scar of the transmission dragon is the cause of uneven speed of the ingot group and damage to the belt disc. If the situation is serious, it should be replaced in time.

 4 Friction deformation mechanism It is necessary to remove the waste silk, debris, snowflake dirt on the ingot group in time to keep the friction deformation mechanism clean. 

 5 Check the friction disk Check the surface of the friction disc for scars and surface spalling.

 6 Check the synchronization belt Check the tension of the toothed belt, find that the tension is too large or too small, should be adjusted or replaced in time. 2 Check and adjust the hot box The hot box consists of three parts: hot plate, temperature control and temperature display. First of all, check whether its function is intact, and the regular debugging points are as follows. 

 1 Keep the hot plate clean Because POY oil and wool often stain the hot plate, reducing the thermal efficiency, it is necessary to clean regularly. 

 2 Check the temperature of the hot box Check the hot box temperature one by one with the scanning temperature display. The first time the loading machine is used, the surface thermometer should be used to determine the surface temperature of the hot box point by point, the temperature deviation of the first hot box is not greater than ±1℃, and the temperature deviation of the second hot box is not greater than ±2℃. 3 roller parts commissioning 1. Installation In the feeder, the feeding roll and the output (second) roll are the most important. Rollers generally have two kinds of leather ring and roller, installation, the shaft of the upper and lower rollers must be kept completely parallel. Otherwise, due to poor holding force, it will cause uneven curling, uneven dyeing, and beheading. 2. Contact pressure When the contact pressure between a pair of rollers is low, it will cause insufficient holding force, the change of false twist tension is large, and the contact pressure is too high, it will aggravate the wear between the rubber and shorten the life of the roller or the leather ring. The contact pressure is usually adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the spring. 3. Handle worn rolls and prevent contamination Because the upper roller is driven by the contact rotation with the metal roller, so, with the increase of use time, part of the rubber is ground off, and there will be groovemarks on the rubber surface, resulting in poor grip on the wire, the wire will form defects, therefore, to regularly grind the rubber surface, in the operation found wear or formation of groovemarks on the upper roller, to be replaced in time. After grinding the roller for several times, the diameter becomes smaller and the contact pressure needs to be readjust. Rubber ring can not be ground, to be replaced regularly. If the dirt such as oil and monomer is attached to the rubber, alcohol can be used to wipe it off. 4. Remove waste silk If the roller or the roller shaft rolls on the waste wire, still continue to run, it will not only cause poor rotation, but also make the shaft local heat, damage the bearing, therefore, to remove the waste wire in time. 4. Adjustment of wire guide There are many kinds of wire guides, and titanium, ceramic and metal wire guides with grain are generally used. If the wire guide is installed inconsistently, it will cause the running Angle of the wire, the vibration and the status of the air coil to be different. In addition to good wear resistance, small friction resistance and corrosion resistance, the wire guide should also be easy to guide, the silk road should not move, and the size and shape should be suitable for the control of the silk road. Choosing a suitable wire guide is a prerequisite for normal processing. 1. Pre-tension device In order to make the wire pretension on the feed cylinder consistent, it is necessary to adjust the pretension device. If the adjustment is not good, the feeding state on the feed roller will be unstable, or the wire will be rolled to the feed roller, or the action of the wire cutter will be wrong, resulting in a broken head. Most of the pretension devices use the guide rod type, and the position of the guide rod can be adjusted to achieve different pretension. 2. Wire guide The position of the wire guide above and below the hot box affects the crimping, dyeing, elasticity, elongation and other properties of the deformed wire, which is due to the movement of the position of the wire guide, which is equivalent to adjusting the position of the wire strip in the heater, so that the contact length and contact form of the heater and the wire strip change. The position of the wire guide above and below the friction ingot group is not adjusted well, which will cause hair, broken head, etc., so it should be carefully adjusted. The adjustment of the transverse wire guide should not only make it move equally from the center of the winding bobbin to the left and right, but also make it not contact with the winding roll and the winding bobbin. When not properly adjusted, it can occur that the hairs or strips do not wind up on the bobbin. In the process of contact with the silk, the wire guide will continue to adhere to the oil, monomer, polymer powder, etc., often causing wear and tear, forming scars. If there is any attachment, wipe it off with cloth. When there are wear scars, it is necessary to grind or replace it to prevent hair or weak silk
