Today let's introduce: Do you know the spinning machine? 


 Polyester filament spinning post mainly includes slice drying, melting, spinning, cooling, winding, in addition to the auxiliary unit heat medium system, blowing system and oil system. This post uses a screw extruder to melt and mix the slices that have been dried and qualified, and transport them to the spinning box which is kept warm by the heat medium. The melt is measured by the metering pump, and the melt passes through the filter layer with precise flow rate and high pressure, and squirts silk from the spinneret hole. In the spinning form, it is uniformly cooled and solidified by the constant temperature and humidity quantity cooling air, and then wet with oil and is rolled into a silk barrel on the winding machine. 

 Know the spinning machine The general spinning machine itself has 4 functional areas.

 ① Polymer melting device: screw extruder. 

 ② Melt transport, distribution, spinning and insulation devices: bending pipe, spinning box (melt distribution pipe, metering pump, spinning head assembly). 

 ③ Wire cooling device: spinning window and cooling sleeve. 

 ④ Wire collection device: wet oil mechanism, wire guide structure, winding machine or wire receiving device. 

 Melting plant 

 (1) The role of solid material supply, polymer melting, melt quantitative extrusion.

 (2) Screw three sections feed section, compression section, metering section. 

 (3) The working principle of the screw extruder is the partition of the screw and the movement of the material in the various areas of the screw. ① Feed area (curing area) and other deep screw. ② The first half (cooling area) jacket coil or screw inner core through cooling water, < 100℃ to prevent the material from melting prematurely and ring blocking material to protect the screw transmission mechanism from heat. ③ The latter half (preheating zone) prevents the temperature mutation of the material from the feed zone to the compression zone. (4) compression zone (melting zone) gradual or abrupt screw melt material (heating, shearing) and compression (screw groove volume becomes smaller); Return air or water vapor to the feed area. ⑤ Measurement area (homogenization area) and other shallow screw. Melt conveying, distributing, spinning and insulation equipment (1) The melt conveying pipe from the bending screw extruder to the spinning box (one end is connected to the screw outlet and the other end is connected to the spinning machine melt distribution pipe) - the biphenyl-diphenyl ether mixture in the jacket is heated (melt insulation). (2) Spinning box melt distribution pipe ten biphenyl heating box ten spinning pump and its transmission device ten spinning head assembly. ① Principle of melt distribution tube ② Ensure that the melt reaches the same distance to each spinning site. (3) Heating of the spinning box (biphenyl heating box) ① Heat preservation and heating effect on melt distribution pipe, metering pump and spinning head assembly. ② The biphenyl diphenyl ether heat carrier (biphenyl/diphenyl ether - 26.5%/73.5%) is heated with an electric heating rod. ③ Heat preservation 80 ~ 100mm insulation layer, filled with ultrafine glass fiber or other insulation materials. (4) metering pump high temperature gear pump. (5) Spinning head assembly ① Filter the melt to prevent the blockage of the spinneret hole, the melt is fully mixed, the difference in melt viscosity is reduced, and the melt is evenly dispersed into each small hole of the spinneret hole to form a trickle of melt. ② Structural spinneret + melt distribution plate + melt filter material + assembly sleeve. Heating of spinning box (biphenyl heating box) ① Heat preservation and heating effect on melt distribution pipe, metering pump and spinning head assembly. ② The biphenyl diphenyl ether heat carrier (biphenyl/diphenyl ether - 26.5%/73.5%) is heated with an electric heating rod. ③ Heat preservation 80 ~ 100mm insulation layer, filled with ultrafine glass fiber or other insulation materials. Wire cooling device (1) The spinning window makes the filament only cooled by directional, quantitative and qualitative air flow during the cooling process, the cooling rate is uniform, and the solidification position of the fiber is fixed (not affected by the surrounding air flow). (2) The lower part of the slow cooling chamber is provided with two insert plates, so that it is separated from the cooling spinning cylinder, and the upper part is provided with a lock, so that the slow cooling zone is formed under the spinneret; Length 30~200mm; Prevent the cold wind from blowing the surface of the spinneret, reduce the birefringence of the winding wire and improve the stretchability.
