Introduction to the processing method of non-elastic deformed silk in Suzhou silk spinning machine
There are two main processing methods for the non-elastic deformed silk of Suzhou silk spinning machine:
(1) Air injection method: the impact of high-speed biased air flow makes the monofilament separate, bend and deform, produce stable wire coil, make air deformable wire, give the filament good fluffiness, coverage and permeability, so that it has the characteristics of natural fiber. It is generally used for imitation staple yarn, imitation silk, imitation wool and other fabrics.
(2) Hot fluid injection method: This method has been widely used in short-spinning long (short) silk processing. Using hot air (or steam) to carry out three-dimensional curled deformation of the thicker tow, the main difference between it and the air injection method is that the higher temperature fluid enters the wire guide tube, so that the tow can be fully preheated, and the hot fluid injection is transported to the caulk cavity (that is, the overflow storage tube), the rapid deceleration in the storage tube, and the tow pile integrated block.
Due to this stall, the filament is sharply relaxed, combined with the turbulent and swirling effects of the jet flow, the filament is pressed on the wall of the tube under the action of the jet spillage output in the storage tube, generating friction, so that the decelerated filament is slowly moved forward, and can be fully cooled, and the characteristics of crimping deformation are fixed, and two-dimensional crimping deformation is made.
At present, the false twist method is widely used, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, good fluffiness and pilling resistance, and is an ideal silk for decorative fabrics and clothing fabrics. The machine used in the false twist method is a drafting deformation machine, also known as a stretch wire machine, which is the main equipment for processing deformed silk.
By the mechanical action of false twist, high fluffiness, elasticity and extensibility are given to the fiber with thermal plasticity, so that the fiber can obtain good textile processing properties.
