Do you know the functions of our filament spinning machine? 


 The function of the filament spinning machine is to make the melted melt enter the spinning box through the bend, the metering pump is ejected by the spinning head, cooled and solidified into silk bars, and continue to cool Z through the tunnel after winding and forming. Filament spinning machine is mainly composed of spinning control system, biphenyl boiler control system, winding machine control system and so on. 


 The spinning control system mainly includes metering pump drive control, oil pump drive control and some field temperature, pressure signal acquisition and record. Each spinning position in the site is equipped with a button box, and the start and stop of the metering pump and the oil pump are controlled by the field button, so the enable signal of frequency conversion is generally given by the terminal. Since the metering pump and the oil pump are synchronous motors, the frequency conversion only needs general open-loop control. 


The difference between the metering pump and the oil pump control is that the metering pump is usually driven by a frequency converter, while the oil pump is driven by a frequency conversion. 

 Omron's total solution and its advantages: In the spinning machine control system, we configure the field I/O module through the field bus DeviceNet, control the metering pump drive frequency converter, and the field temperature and pressure signal. The setting operation panel of the spinning device adopts color touch screen NS5, which is responsible for equipment start/stop, important parameter setting, display and alarm. Access the switch through the Ethernet module of PLC CJ1, and connect with the upper computer monitoring system or DCS. The control scheme can also be used for spinning machine and winding machine control system of short fiber complete sets of equipment, but the control object is slightly different.
