What are the components of the nozzle wire assembly machine? 


 The surface of the press roller should be wear-resistant and not interact with the oil on the tow. There are two types of press rollers: self-tightening press rollers have two pressure methods, one is to press the tow by the weight of the press roller, and the pressure of the press roller to the tow changes with the change of the tow tension. In addition to the weight of the press roll, the other is reliable in holding the wire bundle with the cylinder, and it is not easy to slip between the wire bundle and the press roll. The loaded roller can be divided into upper roller and lower roller according to the relative position of the press roller and the draft roller. 


The former is mostly used for small drawing mechanisms with short draft roll length, using a single cylinder pressure, and the total pressure is the sum of the cylinder and the press roll weight. The lower press roller is used in the large drafting mechanism, at this time; The total pressure is the difference between the cylinder pressure and the weight of the press roll, and the compression action of the cylinder can partially offset the deformation of the cantilever end of the draft roll. 

 The composition of the combined machine The short fiber post-processing machine is composed of bunching machine, drawing machine, tension heat setting machine, crimping machine, relaxation heat setting machine, cutting machine, baler and other unit machines. 

 Process flow: storage → bunching → first stretch → second stretch → third stretch → tension heat setting → Curling → relaxation heat setting → cutting → packing. 

 Combined machine transmission In the short fiber post-processing combination machine, from the eight-roll wire guide machine, the first draft machine to the oiling machine, the long side shaft collective drive is usually used. The long side shaft drive adopts a DC motor to drive all the equipment connected through the transmission gear box, reduction box and long shaft respectively to achieve the requirements of synchronous operation. The crimping machine, relaxation heat setting machine, cutting machine and baler are driven by a separate motor. 

 Advantages of using long side shaft drive: 

 (1) Smooth and reliable transmission. 

 (2) Each drafting machine runs simultaneously, and the drafting multiple is constant.

 (3) Can run at low speed, easy to produce head and remove hair, easy to operate. The spinning machine has the characteristics of deep drilling, long process, short auxiliary time, high drilling efficiency, light weight, convenient operation, strong disassembly, reasonable structure, easy to move, etc.

 The drilling machine has short transmission route, high transmission efficiency, large capacity, strong reliability, energy saving and high standardization.
