Here are the main points:

First, raw material preparation

A variety of polymer raw materials of high quality and suitable for composite spinning are carefully selected to ensure that their purity and performance meet the requirements.

- The raw materials are fully dried, and the moisture content is generally controlled within a specific very low range according to different raw materials, such as the moisture content of polyamide raw materials is usually lower than a certain percentage.

Second, equipment debugging

- Calibrate key components of the spinning equipment, such as dosing pumps, to ensure accurate flow of different polymer melts or solutions, with minimal error.

- Adjust the spinneret to ensure the uniform shape, size and distribution of its holes to obtain the ideal composite fiber shape.

3. Process parameter setting

- Precise control of the spinning temperature, setting different temperature ranges according to the characteristics of different polymers, for example, the spinning temperature of polyester polymers may be in a specific high temperature range.

- Set the appropriate spinning speed, too fast or too slow may affect the quality of the fiber and the composite effect, generally need to be combined with equipment performance and raw material characteristics to optimize the adjustment.

- Regulate the drafting ratio, and obtain the required mechanical properties and microstructure of the fiber through a reasonable drafting process.

4. Test process monitoring

- Real-time monitoring of key parameters such as pressure, temperature and flow in the spinning process, and timely adjustment in case of abnormal fluctuations.

- On-line inspection of the spun fibers, such as the observation of the diameter uniformity of the fibers and the integrity of the composite structure by optical inspection equipment.

5. Finished product analysis

- Conduct a comprehensive property test of the composite fiber obtained from the test, including mechanical property test (such as tensile strength, elongation at break, etc.), thermal property analysis (such as thermal deformation temperature, melting point, etc.) and microstructure characterization (such as scanning electron microscope observation of the composite interface, etc.).

- Summarize the experience according to the test results, optimize the process parameters and raw material formula, and provide the improvement basis for the next test.
