Installation of heating system: according to the installation instructions of heating system, connect the heating device with the main engine to ensure that the connection parts are well sealed and free from leakage. Connect the power line and control line of the heating system, and carry out corresponding debugging to check whether the heating temperature can meet the set requirements and whether the temperature control is accurate and stable.

Add a proper amount of coolant, start the cooling system, and check the cooling effect and leakage.

Connect the power cord of the motor of the transmission system, debug the motor, and check whether the rotation direction and speed of the motor are correct.

System debugging: After completing all installation and connection work, turn on the power supply and conduct comprehensive debugging of the testing machine. First, the no-load running test is carried out to check the operation of all components, including the rotation of the main engine, the working state of the heating and cooling system, and the running stability of the transmission system. Then, according to the operating rules of the testing machine, some simple functional tests, such as stretching and loading, are carried out to check whether the performance indexes of the testing machine meet the requirements.
