What should be paid attention to during the installation and debugging of intelligent spinning testing machine?

The installation and debugging of intelligent spinning testing machine directly affects the subsequent spinning accuracy and equipment stability. The core needs to focus on the three principles of "accurate equipment positioning, coordinated system adaptation and strict parameter calibration", and pay attention to four core dimensions.

A, equipment installation foundation and positioning matters needing attention

Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the basic conditions are up to standard to avoid subsequent operation failures caused by installation deviation.

Adaptation of site and load-bearing: the installation site should be flat, and the ground load-bearing should meet the equipment requirements (usually ≥500kg per square meter), so as to avoid deformation of the equipment rack caused by ground subsidence or inclination. At the same time, the site should be far away from vibration sources (such as large fans and stamping equipment), and shockproof pads should be laid when necessary to reduce the influence of external vibration on spinning accuracy.

Space and environmental control: at least 1.5 meters of operating space should be reserved around the equipment to facilitate subsequent debugging and maintenance; The ambient temperature should be controlled at 20-28℃ and the relative humidity should be 40%-60%, so as to avoid the failure of electrical components or the moisture absorption and deterioration of spinning raw materials caused by high temperature and high humidity. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the site is well ventilated and the trace volatiles that may be generated during the spinning process are discharged in time.

Horizontal and verticality calibration: calibrate the equipment rack with a spirit level to ensure that the horizontal deviation of the rack is ≤ 0.1 mm/m; Check the verticality of spinning components (such as spinneret and godet roller), and the verticality deviation should be less than or equal to ≤0.05mm/m/m, so as to avoid yarn deviation and breakage during spinning due to installation inclination.

Second, the system connection and collaborative debugging matters needing attention

The connection of each system (electrical, hydraulic and spinning components) of the equipment should be accurate to ensure the coordinated operation without conflict.

Wiring specification for electrical system: wiring shall be strictly in accordance with the circuit diagram of the equipment, and power lines and signal lines shall be arranged separately to avoid signal interference; The terminal should be fastened, waterproof and anti-oxidation (such as applying terminal protector). Before power-on, use a multimeter to detect the on-off and insulation resistance of the circuit (insulation resistance ≥10MΩ) to prevent short circuit or leakage.

Hydraulic/pneumatic system inspection: carry out pressure test on the hydraulic pipeline (the test pressure is 1.2-1.5 times of the working pressure), and keep the pressure for 30 minutes without leakage; The pneumatic system needs to check whether the air pipe joint is sealed, and the pressure of the pressure regulating valve needs to be adjusted to the specified range of the equipment (usually 0.4-0.6MPa) to avoid the spinning assembly from jamming due to unstable pressure.

Accurate assembly of spinning components: the spinneret should be installed concentrically with the spinning channel, with a deviation of ≤ 0.02 mm; Parallelism of godet roller and winding roller shall be calibrated, and the parallelism deviation shall be ≤0.03mm/m, so as to prevent uneven stretching or winding failure of wire during operation. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the delivery pipeline of spinning raw materials is smooth and free from blockage or leakage.

Three, parameter calibration and function test matters needing attention

Parameter calibration is the key to ensure spinning quality, and the core functions of the equipment need to be verified one by one.

Accurate calibration of core parameters: calibrate the spinning temperature (such as spinning box and spinneret heating area), and the temperature deviation should be controlled within 1℃; The spinning speed (godet roller and winding speed) is calibrated, and the speed deviation is ≤ 0.5%; Calibrate the flow of metering pump, and the flow error is ≤ 1%, so as to ensure the stable transportation of raw materials.

Functional modules are tested one by one: the functions of automatic feeding, spinning forming, filament detection (such as diameter detection and defect detection) and automatic winding are tested respectively to ensure that each module runs normally independently. For example, when testing the wire diameter detection system, it is necessary to calibrate with standard samples to ensure that the detection error is ≤ 0.001 mm; When testing the automatic winding function, it is necessary to observe whether the winding tube is flat and there is no loose wire or overlapping wire.

No-load and load trial operation: First, carry out 30 minutes of no-load trial operation, and check whether the running sound of all parts of the equipment is normal and there is no abnormal vibration or abnormal sound; Then carry out load trial run (using actual spinning raw materials), run continuously for 2-4 hours, and record spinning parameters (temperature, speed and yarn quality) to ensure that the parameters are stable without drift or fluctuation.

Four, safety and documentation matters needing attention

During the debugging process, safety operation should be taken into account, and documents should be recorded to provide a basis for subsequent maintenance.

Safety protection inspection: ensure that the emergency stop button, safety grating, protective cover and other safety devices of the equipment are in normal effect, and the debugging personnel should wear protective gloves, goggles and other protective articles. It is forbidden to touch exposed electrical components during power-on debugging; After the spinning assembly is heated, avoid direct contact with high-temperature parts to prevent burns.

Documentation and data recording: record the key parameters (such as calibration data and test results), problems and solutions in the process of installation and debugging in detail; Arrange the equipment circuit diagram, operation manual, calibration report and other documents, and file them for preservation. At the same time, the operators are trained in equipment operation and maintenance to ensure that they master the safety operation norms and basic fault handling methods.
