Briefly introduce: How to install and debug the staple fiber spinning testing machine?
The installation and debugging of staple fiber spinning testing machine should follow the process of "basic installation → system connection → single machine debugging → linkage test run", and the core is to ensure that the equipment is stable and the parameters are accurate to meet the spinning process requirements.
First, preparation before installation
Site planning: make sure that the ground of the site is flat, the bearing capacity reaches the standard (usually ≥500kg/㎡), and reserve equipment operation space (it is recommended that the surrounding area be ≥1.5m) and ventilation and heat dissipation channels.
Equipment inspection: after unpacking, check whether the main engine, melt pipeline and winding device are complete, and check whether the key components (such as spinneret and metering pump) are damaged or deformed.
Auxiliary preparation: Prepare installation tools (such as level gauge and torque wrench) and process media (such as nitrogen and compressed air), and confirm that the power supply (usually 380V three-phase electricity) and water source meet the equipment requirements.
Second, the core installation steps
Fixing the main machine: place the main machine of the spinning machine in the preset position, use a level to correct the levelness of the equipment (the error should be ≤0.1mm/m), and fix it with anchor bolts to prevent vibration and displacement during operation.
System connection:
Pipeline connection: Connect the melt feed pipe and cooling air pipeline according to the drawing, and the interface should be sealed (commonly used high temperature resistant sealing ring) to avoid melt leakage or unstable wind field.
Electrical connection: Connect the lines of the main engine, control cabinet and sensors (such as temperature and pressure sensors), ensure that the wiring is firm and reliable, and prevent short circuit or signal interference.
Installation of auxiliary equipment: install winding machine, cutting machine and other supporting equipment, and adjust its relative position with the main machine to ensure smooth fiber running path without deviation or jamming.
Third, the key links of debugging
Single machine debugging:
Electrical system: after power-on, check whether the indicator light of the control cabinet and motor steering are normal, and test whether the safety functions such as emergency stop button and alarm device are sensitive.
Process system: start the heating module separately to verify the temperature control accuracy of each heating zone (such as the barrel and spinning box) (the error should be ≤ 1℃); Start the metering pump and test its speed stability and melt delivery accuracy.
Linkage debugging:
Simulation operation: introduce a small amount of raw materials (or simulated materials), start the whole spinning process, observe the whole process of melt from extrusion, spinning, cooling to winding, and adjust the parameters such as cooling air speed and winding speed to ensure uniform fiber forming.
Parameter optimization: according to the quality of spun fiber (such as diameter deviation and breaking strength), fine-tune key parameters such as spinneret temperature and metering pump speed until the test requirements are met.
Test run verification: Run continuously for 1-2 hours, record the equipment operation data (such as temperature, pressure and rotation speed), and check whether the quality of fiber products is stable and whether the equipment has abnormal noise or leakage.
