What are the maintenance methods of high-performance fiber winder?

Here is a set of practical and directly executable maintenance methods for high-performance fiber winder (special for spinning equipment), which is not wordy and can be directly used in the system/manual.

I. Daily maintenance (required before each shift/startup)

Appearance and safety inspection

Check whether the emergency stop, protective door and protective cover are in good condition.

Check for abnormal sound, vibration, peculiar smell and smoke.

Fiber channel cleaning

Clean the wool, dust and oil on the godet wheel, ceramic parts and traverse godet.

Wipe lightly with soft cloth and alcohol, and do not scratch the ceramic surface with hard objects.

Tension system inspection

Observe whether the tension swing rod and sensor are flexible and free from sticking.

Confirm that the tension display is stable, and there is no jump or drift.

Running state monitoring

Check whether the winding molding is neat, without convex edge and collapse edge.

Monitor whether the sound of servo motor, spindle and traverse box is normal.

Gas path system inspection

Check whether the inflatable shaft and cylinder pressures are normal.

Eliminate air leakage, drainage and sewage discharge from oil-water separator.

Second, the weekly maintenance (once a week)

Maintenance of transmission parts

Check the tension and wear of synchronous belt and belt, and check whether there is tooth jumping and cracking.

Observe the oil level in the traverse box and gear box, and replenish oil as needed.

Servo and motor inspection

Clean the cooling fan and outlet of the motor to prevent overheating.

Check whether the terminal and plug are loose.

Accuracy inspection of guide wire system

Check whether the godet wheel rotates smoothly, without jamming and axial movement.

Ceramic parts shall be replaced in time if there is any corner collapse or scratch.

Tension sensor calibration

Do zero-point inspection and simple calibration to ensure stable tension.

Gas path maintenance

Drain water, clean the filter and check the stability of the pressure regulating valve.

Three, monthly maintenance (once a month)

Lubrication system maintenance

Fill the spindle bearing, traverse mechanism and swing arm fulcrum with specified grease/lubricating oil according to the equipment manual.

It is forbidden to mix different types of grease.

Mechanical accuracy check

Check the spindle shaft radial runout and end face runout.

Check the parallelism, abrasion and abnormal sound of the traverse guide rail.

Electrical system fastening

Fasten servo driver, PLC, terminal and ground wire.

Clean the dust inside the electric control cabinet to ensure heat dissipation.

Reexamination of package forming quality

Compare the winding diameter, density and tightness consistency, and judge whether it is necessary to readjust the winding ratio/pressure.

Fourth, quarterly/semi-annual deep maintenance

Oil change of traverse box and gear box

Drain oil → clean → change oil → check whether the seal leaks oil.

Bearing comprehensive inspection

Check the spindle shaft, godet wheel and swing arm bearing for clearance, heat and abnormal sound.

Replace it directly after reaching the life cycle without delay.

Full calibration of sensor

Tension sensor, position sensor, coil diameter detection and calibration.

Check the signal wire for wear, skin breakage and interference.

Maintenance of gas valve group

Check whether the solenoid valve moves sensitively, and whether it is stuck or leaked.

Safety system test

Test emergency stop, yarn breakage stop, full winding stop and protective door interlock.

Five, wearing parts replacement cycle (experience)

Ceramic godet wheels and porcelain parts: 3 ~ 6 months (depending on fiber abrasion)

Synchronous belt and flat belt: 6 ~ 12 months

Bearing: 12 months

Tension sensor cable: 12 months

Gas seal and O-ring: 12 months

Six, the use and maintenance of taboos (very important)

It is forbidden to run at super tension and super speed, which may easily lead to package deformation and bearing failure in advance.

It is forbidden to clean ceramic parts with blades and steel balls, and they will be discarded once scraped.

It is forbidden to change the winding ratio, traverse speed and roller pressure at will.

After yarn breakage, it must be cleaned before starting the machine, so as to prevent hair from entering the bearing/guide rail.

It is forbidden to pile up sundries and oil stains in the electric control cabinet to avoid short circuit.
