What are the characteristics of high-performance fiber winder for spinning fiber equipment?

First, the fiber low-damage design (the core)

Low-friction godet system: the godet wheel/godet roller is made of ceramic, Teflon and mirror polished material, with smooth surface and no burr, which reduces fiber scratching, fuzzing and broken wires.

Less contact wire feeding structure: 2-wheel/single-wheel wire feeding channel is adopted to reduce the contact point between fiber and metal/plastic parts and reduce friction damage.

No sudden change of tension: the response of tension control is fast, and the tension transitions smoothly during the start-stop, reel-changing process, so as to prevent the fiber from tensile fracture.

Closed-loop electronic tension control: through real-time closed-loop adjustment of tension sensor+servo/variable frequency motor, the tension accuracy can reach less than 1%, and the tension is uniform throughout.

Multi-mode tension adjustment: support constant tension, decreasing tension and sectional tension, and adapt to the winding characteristics of different fibers (such as carbon fiber and aramid fiber).

Compound control of inflation shaft/magnetic powder/servo: the main stream adopts servo motor+tension sensor, and the high-end model is equipped with magnetic powder clutch/brake, which makes the tension more stable at high speed.

Speed difference linkage control: precisely control the tension through the speed difference between the front and rear traction rollers, and adapt to the tow with large denier (1k–24k).

Three, precision winding forming (ensure large winding diameter, no edge collapse)

Electronic winding ratio (EBC): Servo-driven reciprocating guide wire, the winding ratio is programmable and stepless adjustable, realizing precise cross winding, and the package is compact, tidy and without edge drop.

Variable winding ratio: the winding ratio is automatically adjusted when the winding diameter is large, and the tension between the inner and outer layers is consistent, and the maximum winding diameter can reach 300-500mm.

Servo reciprocating guide wire: the guide wire has high precision, smooth direction change, uniform arrangement of tows, and no overlapping and disorderly wires.

Anti-edge collapse/anti-wire folding: Through the optimization of winding ratio and the control of guide wire trajectory, the perfect end face forming is realized, which is suitable for the subsequent unwinding processing.

Fourth, intelligent automation and efficient production

Automatic coil changing (core advantage): fixed length/sizing automatically triggers coil changing, and the success rate of coil changing is ≥99%, without stopping or manual intervention, greatly improving efficiency.

Parameter storage and fast switching: PLC stores multiple groups (10-50 groups) of process parameters, and switches fiber varieties with one key, which is fast and consistent.

Man-machine interface (HMI): Touch screen operation, setting/monitoring tension, speed, winding diameter, length and alarm, intuitive and convenient.

Intelligent early warning and monitoring: automatic alarm for full coil, broken wire, abnormal tension and fault, supporting output statistics, meter counting and speed display.

Independent drive of double motors: the take-up roller and the yarn guide mechanism are independently servo-driven, which reduces mechanical transmission, low failure rate and less maintenance.

Five, adapt to the structure and configuration of high performance fiber
