It is suitable for multifunctional experimental machines such as wet spinning, dry spinning, melting spinning and electrostatic spinning. Just do it daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annually.
First, the daily maintenance (must be done after each experiment)
Clean spinning box and nozzle.
Clean up the residual silk, melt, solvent and solidification liquid, and it is forbidden to dry and solidify.
The spinneret, metering pump and filter assembly are cleaned with special solvent to keep smooth.
Clean godet roller, drafting roller and winding roller.
Remove winding wire, rubber block and oil stain, keep the surface smooth and do not scratch the fiber.
Clean the heating zone/temperature sensor.
There is no dust and silk chips around the furnace body, air duct and thermocouple to avoid inaccurate temperature measurement.
Check the tension and traction system.
No abnormal sound, no jamming, and stable tension value.
Clean up the waste liquid and bucket.
Keep the pipeline unobstructed to prevent overflow and corrosion.
Wipe the machine body, touch screen and operation desk.
Keep it dry and dust-free, and do not use corrosive cleaning agents.
Second, the weekly maintenance (1/week)
Check the transmission parts
The timing belt and chain are moderately elastic, without slipping and eccentric wear.
The motor and reducer have no abnormal sound and overheating.
Lubricating key parts
Special lubricating oil/grease is added to guide rail, slider and screw rod to keep them smooth.
Check the gas path/hydraulic pressure (if any)
The air pressure is stable and there is no air leakage, and the filter drains water.
Calibration temperature and tension
Comparing the actual temperature with the displayed temperature, the deviation is large and needs to be recalibrated.
Check grounding and electrical safety.
Plug and trunking shall be free from looseness, fever and peculiar smell.
III. Monthly maintenance (once a month)
Deep cleaning spinning assembly
Disassembly and cleaning/calcination/ultrasonic cleaning of spinneret, filter core and distribution cavity.
Check whether there are holes blocked, scratched and corroded.
Check seals and pipelines.
Silicone tube, fluorine tube and joint are free from aging, liquid leakage and air leakage.
Check the heating ring and heating rod.
Uniform heating, no local overheating or damage.
Clean the electric cabinet, fan and filter screen.
Dust removal to ensure good heat dissipation.
Backup experimental parameters and procedures
Prevent data loss.
Four, semi-annual/annual maintenance
Accuracy calibration of the whole machine
Full calibration of speed, tension, temperature and metering pump flow.
Replace wearing parts
Seal, filter, heating pipe, sensor, belt.
Oil change/bearing inspection of reducer
Comprehensive detection of electrical system
Physical examination of circuit, terminal, PLC, driver and touch screen.
Structural fastening
The anchor, bracket and screw shall be fully fastened to prevent vibration deviation.
V. Special attention (the most easily broken point of spinning experimental machine)
It is absolutely forbidden to poke and scrape the spinneret, and it must be specially cleaned.
Metering pumps and gear pumps are strictly prohibited from idling and dry grinding.
At the end of the experiment, it is necessary to cool down → stop → clean, and it is not allowed to stop directly at high temperature.
Solvent and coagulating liquid shall not be splashed on motors, drivers and sensors.
Fiber can't be wound around the roller, and long-term winding will burn the motor and destroy the bearing.
Keep the environment dry, ventilated, dust-free and free of corrosive gases.
Six, a simple maintenance formula
After use, it must be cleaned, lubricated every week, disassembled and washed every month, and calibrated every six months to keep the spinneret smooth, the roller surface clean, the temperature control accurate, the tension stable and the transmission smooth, and the service life of the experimental machine will be extended for at least 3-5 years.
