This series of models is suitable for PET. PA PP PE and otherpolymer materials to test the dispersion property and pressurevalue of pigments, additives and masterbatches.

Working principle：

The test raw materials are first melted and homogenized by thesingle screw extruder, and then transported to the die headequipped with a filter screen by the melt pump. The instrumentmeasures in real time, records the melt pressure change curvein front of the filter screen, and automatically analyzes andcalculates the filter pressure value to realize the characteriza-tion of the dispersion performance of the color master batch orother filling materials. The test results are automatically output,the interface is intuitive, and the data is accurate.
