This series of models adopts a modular design, which is capable of meeting the experimen-tal development and order production of BCF products made from PET, PTT, PA, and PP. Itfeatures a unique screw structure for adequate melt plasticization; an extra-long air-blow-ing cooling system that fulfills the cooling requirements of thick denier filaments; amulti-stage drawing system ensuring the strength of filament bundles; and a mature BCFbulking system that achieves uniform fiber deformation. Cooperating with alarge-diametercooling drum for cooling and setting, it guarantees excellent crimp degree and settingeffect of the fibers.

The BCF-specific winding machine ensures stable winding, high switching success rate,and well-formedyarn packages.

Equipped with a weight-type color matching system, it can produce monochromatic andthree-color BCF carpet yarns, ensuring consistent yarn color.
